- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No standard pricing as all jobs are different from one another. Initial quote sent is just an estimate based on the information provided and are subject to change after the initial in person meeting. As I walk the home or building, I make note of number of rooms and details requested. Once all details are disclosed, if necessary an accurate quote will be provided instantly. If not needed right away, an itemized invoice will be submitted the very next day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically first point of contact is via phone or email. Once the opportunity is presented, I like to meet in person and build rapport with my customer. Meanwhile I listen to my customers needs and requests in detail to help me envision the customers expectation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 10 years of experience in both interior and exterior painting. Excellent customer service, friendly and professional work ethic.
