Introduction: Milagros means ‘miracle’ because "Millie" was a miracle baby. Throughout her youth, she had battled weight issues, asthma, rheumatoid arthritis and hormonal imbalance. She sought the assistance of a Naturopathic doctor to help restore balance into her life. After she received a life-altering experience with natural therapies, she set out to learn more about how natural treatments can affect the body and in fact bring about healing. With her background in communications and marketing, she decided to change her career and “pay-it-forward” by training in skincare and holistic therapies. Two years later, the universe had provided Millie with very strong messages that intuitive life coaching/lightwork would be the next step for her work - she was happy to assist in sharing wisdom. Millie is a fun, energetic, holistic professional whose focus is delivering the best services and classes to support her client’s well-being and personal enlightenment at Milagros Wellness Sanctuary. She has also been gifted with mediumship and Reiki Mastership. Millie remains in total faith that she will continue to be led every step of the way on this path of light and love.
For the past 7 years, I have enjoyed teaching my clients how to reduce stress and anxiety by creating peacefulness within; how to strengthen one’s connection with their higher guidance system (higher self) and help let go of negative baggage that could be affecting their life, especially decisions and fear.
