On July 27th, 2016 I was charge $80.00 deposit and was told they could not start the work until Aug 16th, in the meantime with all the rain we had in our area the roof was repaired emergent and I was not contacted after several attempts via phone by Roof Rx. I cancelled the job and was notified I lost my $80.00 deposit since I only had 3 days to cancel. How is it that I get penalized for your delay in being able to repair in a timely manner. I would like my $80.00 back. I would never recommend this company due to the lack of communication and delay in repairs.
