- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a flat rate company. Flat rate saves the customer money. Customer never has to pay windshield time, Never pays for time the plumbers spends getting parts. most everything we need is right on our trucks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Nothing different we treat every customer the same. Everyone deserves it. I treat every customer as if I don't have another job that day that they have me as long as they need me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All the way threw grade school and 3 years of collage for plumbing. way to many other training schools to list. 26 years now and still learning. keeping up with times.
