- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge for services according to the service on a sliding scale based on the length and difficulty of the service provided. Prices are set before the services are started and do not change.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking questions to understand what the customer is trying to accomplish with a project; to help the customer feel comfortable that the job will be done with care.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained in networking and safety procedures. As well as being currently enrolled in school for computer science and computer engineering.
