Our prices are lower than our competitors at least by 20% or more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I either speak to the customer via email, phone, or social platform and obtain all necessary details of their move. Provide them with our services and answer any questions or concerns they may have and once they have made a decision to hire us I book their move!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of customer service experience along with being on site moving customers.
