Good Evening Kayla, Thank you for your email. We do apologize for the team arriving earlier than expected. Before you booked your service online we agreed to the 8AM time and it was an oversight on our end when we noticed you booked for 10AM the very next morning. Being that this was after 9PM in the evening we were not able to give you a call and sent you an email to notify you of the change to ensure you could still have services. We do apologize you were unsatisfied with the communication. When in a situation with a late night booking for an early morning appointment the next day, the time is limited. Please note closets are usually not touched unless specifically requested being that a lot of clients have personal items in there and do not want us in there, but you are more than welcome to add notes to your next booking to ensure we have the ok(: Thank you again for choosing Green Bee Maids and we do hope to see you again, make things right and earn that 5 star rating(:
Green bees was able to accommodate my last minute request in under 18 hours. I'm getting ready to put my house on the market and needed someone to come deep clean it. They were on time and I absolutely adored the person who came out. She was friendly, polite, and punctual. The house is clean and as she finished she had me walk around and see if she missed anything. It seemed clean. After they left I started noticing a couple little things where she cleaned around something instead of picking it up and moving it to clean everything. Nothing horribly noticeable, just a little frustrating. I would still consider hiring again though.Sep 18, 2018Verified

We do offer a 200% satisfaction guarantee and it is our goal to make sure every client is happy enough to refer us to a friend. We did offer to come back two different times to clean the stains in question (once when you said you would be at the home) However, we do apologize that was not convenient for you. We are happy we were able to credit you back $20 off of your service as a courtesy and offered you a discount on a following service. Again, we are sorry, we fell short of your expectations and have noted all your feedback so we can continue getting better and better for what matters the most; our clients. Thank you again Diane. Very professional. Love that I can schedule and change everything online. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The Green Bee Team wants to make everything as easy as possible. That being said, we do not treat a new customer any different than a recurring one. It is the same flat rate pricing for everyone, whether it is your first or tenth cleaning.
- What types of customers have you worked with?We have worked with all different types of people from different backgrounds and professions. You name it, we probably have done it; college dorms, luxury homes, offices, apartments, etc.
