- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, for our solar projects that are roof mounted our standard price is $3.75/per kilowatt. There is no extra charge for the black on black panels, which nearly every customer desires and many other companies charge for or don't even offer. We also upgrade the main service panel if required at a flat rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process begins with a free at-home estimate of the desired work. Then, a thorough explanation of the work is given. Financing options are available and offered to all of our customers. If desired, a contract is signed and work begins!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our license class is a General B contractor. We are fully licensed, bonded and insured to protect both our customers and employees. We obtain permits for all the work we conduct. Our license number is 997801.
