- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every home is different. Rates are competitive based on location. Pricing is usually a set rate, unless it’s a one time clean or a move in/out clean, which can be determined hourly depending on condition of home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key. Chatting briefly on the phone or through text has always worked for me. After that we schedule a day and time that works best. When I arrive, I have them walk me through the home and I take notes about each room and what is to be expected.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have achieved the following certifications : Green Cleaning Masters Certification Medical Cleaning Certification. (all from the IJCSA company ) I understand and comply with all OSHA requirements for independent house cleaners. I also am an exclusive member of house cleaning groups and I chat with them daily and learn extensive product knowledge and valuable procedures to keep my up to date with what's currently going on in the cleaning business.
