Introduction: To a lot of Realtors the exciting part of selling homes is the commission check...to me is making sure I have done a great job; That my clients feel they there were glad they hired me and they will always remember me. The exciting part for me is receiving an expected call saying Mr. Smith referred me to you. He said you took great care of him. The money will always come but the satisfaction that you did a terrific job as a realtor is priceless. I enjoy paving the road to a successful close of escrow for buyers and sellers, seeing their happy faces at closing, the reviews and referrals I receive. One person may call me to buy or sell a home and from there on I get referred to friends, their family and everyone they may know that need help buying or selling a home. I become their realtor for life. I've been a full time agent since 1990 and helping folks with their real estate is my passion and providing exceptional service is my mission.
