- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Packages begin at 1,800 and include an engagement session, minimum one photographer and a minimum of six hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially I like to get to know my customer. I make it a point to learn the customers personalities, their wants and their needs from me as a photographer, and what they are looking for as an outcome. I give complimentary engagement shoots so the customers can also get to know me, and make sure we are a perfect fit. Call and set up a meeting or phone meeting Discuss all the details the client would like, make sure I am meeting all their needs Make sure to have a timeline and discuss all the specific shots client would like on their special day.
