FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work alongside my clients as we look at the "big" picture together. By doing so, I have been able to save my clients thousands of dollars. I bring to the table years of experience both as the real estate professional, but also as a consumer like yourself. I think because I really look at the individual's perspective, it has brought me success via referrals. My clients remember me and my personal dedication to their individual situations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Obviously, a first time personal interview is key. I think you will see my hard-working ethic and honesty in that first interview; whether you, as the consumer, are looking to sell your home, or looking to buy your first home or another home. Whatever the situation, that first interview is key so we can strategize together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a real estate paralegal for many, many years before I became a "licensed" real estate agent. I believe that my ability to understand real estate law and write contracts gives me a leading edge on protecting clients and each individual situation/transaction. I also have a proven success rate in selling homes. I provide "personal" service as opposed to "team" service.
