- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Give is a call or send an email to request an appointment 2. We will come out to assess the roof for possible leaks, damage, and deteriorated roofing materials. 3. We will email/leave an estimate for your review including photos and easy to understand scope of work. 4. Send us the signed contract and we will get your work on our production calendar. 5. If the job is large enough a pre-lien will be filed on your property. A full lien will only be enacted if you fail to pay your bill. 5. Upon completion of the work a superintendent will contact you for a final inspection and follow up. 6. We will then send an invoice for you to pay. 7. You pay your invoice and submit feedback to us on how the job went, and leave us a review online.
