FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At first you have to know that all professional home staging and photography services are TAX DEDUCTIBLE. It is not an expense, it is a initial investment. In the end you are going to see a big gain and the cost won't really matter. Staging of a vacant home probably is going to range from $2000-$3000 for the first month and $1000-$1500 rental fees for every additional month. Our service includes the entry area, living room, master bathroom, master bedroom, dining room/area and kitchen. Staging services for occupied houses always start with a consultation, which costs somewhere between $350-$450. During a consultation, we take a look at your house and assess the work that needs to be done. We include existing furniture and home décor in our recommendations and plans. Of course we make sure to stay within your budget. After assessing the property we will provide you with a recommendation that outlines the projects requirements and a quote for follow-up home staging services. The recommendations include inside and outside works like gardening, cleaning, de-cluttering, painting, small repairs and furniture placement maps. You decide, if you book a follow-up service or prepare your house by yourself. We ask for full payment in advance. All major credit cards accepted. Ask us about a initial free quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact us by phone, email or on social media to book photography or staging. You will usually get an initial quote for basic staging services after answering a few simple questions. If you book us for the entire home staging project: We interact with you or with the agent, discussing your staging needs and negotiatig details. We prepare a home staging/photography agreement for you that must be signed. We make appointment for the service. We show up at your home with all the equipment and design package we need for the best results possible. We get the job done in the shortest possible time. If you have questions afterwards, we provide you with all the answers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
