It’s all about communication finding out what happened what we can do to get it fixed what can we do so it doesn’t happen again. Short, sweet and to the point. NO beating around the bush.

I’m done appliance service and install for over 10 years I was assisting service manager I’ve been a senior tech and a trainer for future technicians
