About this pro
These guys were super nice & very honest about sticking to their quoted price. They did a first rate job - fast, punctual, experienced - they’d obviously done this so many times, as they’d said. They took care to not damage either the piano or the floors. AND they didn’t try to pull anything on us to charge more. The first company I contacted on here quoted me $150 for an upright, THEN after the piano owner said I should be sure they know that it’s quite heavy & 100 yrs old, they said that was going to cost more! Ridiculous! Glad I ended up with Dugan Moving -May 31, 2018Verified
Brad was amazingly friendly, professional and fast. His pricing is very competitive. I would highly recommend him as a mover.May 15, 2018VerifiedBrad D.'s reply

I needed a piano moved to my sons apartment at college. I live in a different city which made it difficult to help coordinate the move. Dugan handled it all & was extremely friendly & helpful. The prices were at least half of what I was quoted by other companies. We were only moving it a few blocks & their prices were very reasonable.Mar 24, 2018VerifiedBrad D.'s reply
Thank you Debbie, we appreciate your kind words.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We almost always charge by the hour for 2, 3 or 4 guys. There is a one time moving truck fee. We do offer discounted rates on off days. Those usually aren’t Saturdays or the end of the month. But you can ask, the answer is always no if you don’t.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Just finding out when they want to move and how big their move is. Then going into our rates for the number of guys.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?As previously stated I have 29 years experience 24 in a row. I train my guys with that experience and just like any team each guy has different roles he performs.
