- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fair and honest in every customer interaction. There are no hidden fees, our price is the bottom line. We offer the best price for the quality of work you will receive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free estimates, so typically we will come out and look at the door/ opener system and diagnose any problem or give a quote on the services needed. Then we repair the system on the spot or schedule an appointment for new installs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of experience in the garage door industry. I also completed a 2 week garage door training program when working for my previous job.
