- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to discuss the customer’s needs over the phone so that I can learn their expectations and tailor the service to meet or exceed them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am graduate of Seattle Culinary Academy. I have a decade professional cooking experience, including three years of experience as an executive chef and three years as the chef/owner of a restaurant.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I recently moved to Florida to help take care of an aging parent and needed a flexible schedule.
