I have had all kinds of food made by Kelly. All of which were unique and exquisite. I have made custom requests each year for a birthday meal, and every one has been my favorite meal of all time. If I could have him make me every meal, I would. In fact, I paid him for custom healthy and pre made meals for almost a year.

I had a private sushi making lesson from Kelly about 6 months ago for some friends and I. It was a great price for what he offered, we learned how to make sushi and a little about sushi culture. Kelly was very patient (we were all sushi making newbies) and a great teacher. Our finished product was delicious and looked great! We were so impressed with what we made! It was, all in all, a really fun evening. I would highly recommend trying cooking lessons with Chef Kelly.

I recently went vegan and wanted to learn how to adapt some of my favorite dishes. Kelly came to my house and taught me how to make vegan Chicken Picatta with homemade Seitan and vegan Fetticini Alfredo. I now have my own personalized way to make these amazing dishes. The result was so so delicious. I have always been afraid of making homemade Seitan, but Kelly has given me the confidence to do it myself. Not to mention, I'm going to save so much money making this on my own! I highly recommend Kelly for any of your cooking lessons, catering, or personal chef needs.

I like to discuss the customer’s needs over the phone so that I can learn their expectations and tailor the service to meet or exceed them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am graduate of Seattle Culinary Academy. I have a decade professional cooking experience, including three years of experience as an executive chef and three years as the chef/owner of a restaurant.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I recently moved to Florida to help take care of an aging parent and needed a flexible schedule.
