Vinny has this fitness and nutrition thing down! He can help anyone reach or should I say surpass their goals as long as they stay dedicated to eating right and following Vinny's workout plan. A quote that still resides with me from Vinny is "believe in the process!" The process is not easy and the process takes time, but once you start noticing the changes, you will be motivated to work even harder!!!
