- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At CertaPro we use an industry leading estimating process that helps me tailor the estimate to your needs and do it within an hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a defined process to ensure the customer is understood and their needs are met. It starts with fully understanding the customers needs and my pledge that we will deliver a superior service. Once we have collected the necessary information we will create an estimate the first time we meet so you'll know your options and just what to plan for. When we get to work we will prepare the substrate so the paint or primer will grip. Prep may include power washing, scrapping, sanding, or even a brush wash. Once the surface is ready to receive paint will use professional grade paint so you project lasts. When we are done, we take payment only after we walk around the project with you and make sure you are satisfied. We offer 6, 12, and 18 months same as cash. We accept Visa and MasterCard as well.

Received training from the Paint Quality Institute - PQI, an independent, international education and testing organization. Licensed Michigan Residential Builder - 210 121 1368. With over 100 hours of training in residential building. EPA Lead certified # NAT-F161912-1
