- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Troy Management Team’s pricing is on-par with the Capital Region’s standards and reflects our high quality of work. We also offer seasonal specials and an exclusive discount to our veterans and seniors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with new customers to provide a quote in person and to get an idea of the project in mind, especially if it is our first time working with one another.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience ranges from working with senior citizens to local schools, industrial facilities, banks, and corporate offices. Projects I’ve worked on include Binghamton University, Albany Stratton VA Medical Center, Bank of American, Regeneron, Alfred E. Smith Building, and a local power plant.
