Southwest Patio Concepts was given the job of totally reworking our back patio and front walkway and entrance. The job entailed concrete demolition, concrete pouring, tiling, and paver installation. We are an extremely demanding customer in terms of both design and execution of design and SPC handled both requirements without fault. It should be noted that in addition to executing the job to perfection, SPC was the best contractor we've ever used in regards to care for the existing structure and cleanliness, both during and after the work was complete. We can recommend James Valdez and Southwest Patio Concepts without reservation.

James resurfaced a flat room and in the process discovered that the shade structure over the patio was rotted out. It would be easier to repair the shade structure with the decking of the roof removed so it made sense to do both. James did an excellent job and the shade structure is of much higher quality than the original. James is polite, courteous and very reliable. I highly recommend Southwest Patio Concepts
