- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices for standardized training packages can be seen at cerbdogs.com. The thumbtack quotes we send usually reflect a discount for a seasonal promotion, military affiliation, multiple dogs etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In initial evaluation consists of a free one hour meet and greet session. During this time, we will discuss what you like and dislike about your dog's behavior, what we can do to help, and how long it will take. A complimentary obedience lesson is included to demonstrate our methods and fast results, and ensure you are comfortable working with us
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
