- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my customer; what do they enjoy, food likes and dislikes, and tailor a lesson or event around the clients wants & needs. This is a personal experience for the client and as such, is treated personnally - not a carbon copy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a culinary degree and am professionally trained in both savory and sweet. I also was a Culinary Instructor, teaching basic skills through advanced menus and plating. As a Service Disabled Woman Owned Small business, I pride myself in going the extra mile for the student and customer.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started making cakes and pastries in high school and carried that love to food and preparing events in the military. After retirement, I enrolled in culinary school and expended my knowledge and skills to the work I do today.
