- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our staff ensures that every rental order receives five-star service; from confirmation calls to make sure your order is accurate and complete to expertly packing your rental items for delivery or customer pick-up. Need a hand in setting up? Our delivery crew is happy to assist in table & chair set-up for your event. We also offer linen, chair cover and tableware placement services and pre-event napkin wrapping. Our Experienced Staff can assist you with the costs involved for delivery & pick-up, as well as labor costs for the set-up and dismantling of rentals items and decor assistance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Arizona Party Rental it is our goal to become your event "partner" and to help ensure that your event goes off as planned. When we become a part of your "event team", not only are we providing the equipment but a wide range of services to help meet all your needs. For those services that we don't offer, we can direct you to other local businesses that provide the high quality services your event may require.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Ken graduated from Edgemont High School in Scarsdale, New York and received his B.A. from San Francisco State University and his Associate Arts degree from Menlo College in Atherton, CA., before eventually working in Los Angeles where he started a cellular telephone business and working in Hollywood on several motion pictures. After three years in southern California, Ken returned to San Francisco where he began a 17-year corporate management career in the world of broadcasting. The companies' ties to the local community can be seen throughout Ken's personal and professional history in his contributions to many great local and national organizations, including: The Centurions, Rotary Club of Tucson, Tucson Festival of Books, Ronald McDonald House Charities, Carondelet Foundation, Susan G. Komen Race for The Cure, Reading Seed, Literacy Connects, Make Way for Books, National Brain Tumor Foundation, American Red Cross, El Rio Vecinos, Tu Nidito, American Heart Association, Southern Arizona Aids Foundation, Muscular Dystrophy Association, Ballet Arts, Jewish Community Center, Catholic Tuition Support Organizations, Angel Charities and Steele Children’s Research Center at the University of Arizona.
