- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have standard pricing, but we value each project case by case. We have options that determines the final price. Colors styles materials all change per the customer. Our pricing always reflects the customers needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To educate the consumer on all the features and benefits of various types of products. So the consumer can make the most informed decision on what product is best for their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
28 years in the home improvement industry. The hardest thing to do in the home improvement industry is having to redo/fix someone's mistake. Fixing mistakes has taught us the best methods to replace Windows, doors and other openings. We have learned that working on a home is completely different than working on a house. Homes have families, houses are empty. We have developed process that while doing our work, we keep the home clean and safe.
