The first visit from the company was the same day as the request about our clogged sewer. The technician was very courteous but seemed relatively new to the job. He was unable to solve the problem, as it turned out, because the problem was unexpectedly difficult. The next day Luigi Lamberto came back an he was unable to solve the problem with the tools he had with him. On a third visit, he solved the problem by bringing a double length of wire -- the obstruction was ~300 feet downstream from the clean-out access. We were apprised of the situation all along the way and by using the longer cable Luigi avoided a more expensive plan of locating the sewer pipe and adding another clean out. I would definitely recommend this company for similar problems.

Expertise, artistry, and a whole lotta Queens, New York- Luigi is the guy you want working on your plumbing, sewer, or gas lines. Once he does, you'll be happy to tell all of your friends who ask about plumbers, "I got a guy."

Great company, showed up on time did a great job and now my water heater works awesome. Much more reasonable than the last guy! I will use them again for sure
