With the monsoon season Tucson had all roofing companies were booked solid! Rock roofing came through and did a great job. I did have to wait but it was a waiting game no matter which roofer you called. I chose Rock Roofing and glad I did-

My mother’s house was affected by a rare storm that had high winds and driving rain. The roofers came when called and started as soon as they were given the green light. Friendly, professional and quick (especially for a tile roof). Excellent job!

Anyone living within the Tucson area is aware of the severe weather we experienced this past Monsoon system. As a result, my roof became severely damaged and was in need of repair. I contacted 7 different roofing contractors requesting an estimate on my damaged roof. Out of the entire 7 only 1 returned my request for a quote immediately and with complete professionalism. That was Dave Campbell with Rock Roofing. Further, they were very punctual providing the cost information necessary for all repairs needed and an estimated time of completion. Thus far they have stayed in close contact with me making sure I am happy with the results thus far. I couldn’t recommend a more outstanding roofing contractor than Rock Roofing! I know you will not be disappointed!

Our roof started leaking yesterday morning because of all the rain we are having this week. I chose Tucson because of the outstanding customer reviews. I sent the information on their online form to request an appointment. Dave called within 30 minutes even though it was a Saturday. When I explained the situation to him he said it was possibly the HVAC since the water is rust colored. I wanted to have the roof checked anyway since it is 18 years old. I received a call from Ross this morning to schedule to the appointment for the roof. I also scheduled an appointment with the HVAC company to cover all bases. I appreciate the promptness and courteousness of both the gentlemen. I also feel they are someone I can trust because of being told it might not be a roof problem.

Really impressive turnaround from request to assessment visit. Especially considering the $0 fee for evaluation; my home is a good hour south of Tucson, so savings on founding an initial SOW is a valuable benefit. As a first time home owner, I'd not been aware that I was able to file claims on damages to my roof that existed prior my purchase of the property, which may easily save me thousands based on just a tip from this great organization's representative. Highly recommended! Definitely my contractors of choice for the work I need done.
