Introduction: At Desert Sports and Fitness, we believe having a clear and concise vision is key to long term success. The vision we intend to realize is the creation and progression of a fitness center that is fair and friendly to all, a fitness center that works with everyone anyone regardless if they’ve never lifted a weight in their life or if they're a top tier athlete, and a fitness center that creates a sense of belonging and a sense of family within it's members and staff. Our approach with training has been and always will be based on fostering an environment where people will be challenged to push themselves past where they are physically as well as mentally while enjoying themselves and have always believed if that is the foundation of our program, results will be inevitable! At Desert Sports and Fitness, our greatest enjoyment comes from building relationships with our clients and members while helping them reach the heights that the wish to reach and in turn, sharing the feelings that accompany their success!

Been a member for quite some time. Starting out, I would do my own workout. I did that for close to a year. Then, I joined a small group training class. Wow! I thought I was going to pass out. But it was such a great feeling!! I felt better. As time progressed, my strength increased, my stamina increased and my overall physical fitness improved with the varying degree of difficulty the workouts got. With a switch in trainers, I was hesitant. But change is good...no it's necessary! Always learning is a great thing, introducing your body to something different is a great thing. I also got nutritional education, nothing too drastic, and fairly simple to follow. In addition, I got body metrics measurements to see my progress. And on top of that, you can get a MyZone heart rate monitor to see how many calories you are burning during your workout and how much effort you're putting into workout. I'm addicted. I really enjoy my group workouts, which are 45-60 minutes. I would highly recommend trying one. What's to lose...except a few pounds!

Since I started the new fitness workout with Brian I've been soar for the last two weeks he has added new and more challenging workouts that have push my limits.I like they way he has mix cardio and weights in the class and for me I really like the core stuff .If your looking for a change in your workout ,stop in and give it a try it to easi.

If you are looking for a clean well equipped gym this is the place! Not to mention the exceptional friendly and very helpful staff.
