Janet did a fantastic job in responding to us when we needed her help or advice, and made herself available to show us houses whenever we found a new one online to get excited about. We were on a tight time schedule and I don't think we would have gotten a house were it not for Janet's quick action and aggressive negotiation on our behalf.
