You quoted me one price and I paid another. You took your time packing and moving me. You broke my door and then blamed it on the small nails yet upon moving in there was no damage so it was you. Hello chantae First of all i would like to apolagize if you felt you over paid. I mentioned I gave you a big discount totaling over $300. I did not charge double drive time in fact you mentioned you were going to have the majority of the packing done yourself and you did not have anything packed period. You also mentioned that people were coming for the washer and dryer after the move. the door was broken when we last walked out in fact you saw personally that we only took boxes out through that walkway because nothing big would fit through that small Isle. there was no way of breaking that door the way it was open it had to be caused by something big more like those washer and dryers that were next to it. but like I said by looking at the picture the door is not broken at all it came off the hinge due to having small screws. I mentioned that should be taking up with the landlord since it was negligence of whoever installed the door by putting little screws. As far as your kids clothes being thrown on the floor we would never do anything like that. I understand you feel you overpaid but sabotaging a business with lies is just lies isnt very nice of you. I charged half the amount for boxes and tape as well as the double drive time due to being long distance i only charged one hour out of 4 1/2. I kindly ask if you can be honest and review us with the thruth about out services you did have stairs at both locations specially a long walk at the drop off. Thank you ones again for the services and I apologize If you feel different about our work performance.
