- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes and no.....I keep a open mind when it comes to working with people. Having a happy client and being flexiable is a cookie cutter in this biz.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Letting them have the floor and get a feel for what there looking for. Greeting them with a hand shake and a smile is about the first thing I do all the time. As well just being nice a friendly and getting them to know you a bit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My hands and the want to be the best is all I got to that question. After being done with it all I just stand back and let it speak for itself.
