213 dollars for nothing...he knew what the job entailed ahead of time....came without supplies, which he said he had.....left for parts and still did not return with what was needed.....wanted to come back a few nights later and charge another 1.5 hours plus.....I expressed my displeasure and he made no attempt to accommodate
Took my money and made no apology. Literally attached a disposal to sink and that's all. For 213!!!!!!!

Mr. Rector, I made every attempt to accommodate you and your needs. You told me from the beginning of our conversions that you had everything that was needed. I changed out the water stops under the sink because one was flared and would not accommodate the supply lines. You wanted me to set a new undercounter lavatory basin with the wrong type of material that you provided. When I told you it was not the right type of material you insisted that I try it anyways and I did. The fact that it did not work is not my fault. I installed a disposal that you provided only to find out that all of the parts were not there and you did not know where they were. I offered to come back at a later time with the proper materials for mounting the basin and for the replacement parts for the disposal and you decided that you were going to sell the house as is because there were too many problems that needed to be fixed. I was totally upfront with you as I have been with every customer I have had about all charges. $75 an hour plus any parts that may be needed. I strive to provide a good service to all of my customers at a fair price and more than that to ensure that all of my customers are happy before I leave. I regret that this was not the case with you. I wish you better success in your future endeavors.
