Alpha Cleaning did a good job doing our move out cleaning. The way they did the carpets, shower place, tile floor all were really good. The top of the window in the master bedroom has little bit of white dust and the place below microwave was greasy which I thought would be clean. Was just mentioning the areas of improvement. first have at least 1 person that speaks good english, do the job that I was told they would do, use polish on the wood, not just take a swiffer over it. when they do dust complete what they are dusting. very unhappy with the work but also with the reply from the owner.Nov 3, 2018VerifiedJairo D.'s reply
I'm sorry things didn't work out. Several things were not discussed when you first initiated our conversation over the phone: the extra bedroom you didn't tell us about until before we arrived, the amount of knick-knacks and collectibles you have, including dolls and several Christmas items, several cabinets and shelves full of decorations, etc. All of which when my crew arrived, you added to their workload. When my crew contacted me I called you personally to discuss with you that those were all things we were not allowed to do because our insurance does not allow us to handle collectables. And that had you told me that you expected many of those items that you do not consider collectibles to be all wiped by hand I would've planned accordingly and would've added extra personnel. You then told me that my crew misunderstood you and that they don't speak English - curiously enough it is the same person with whom you chatted with during the whole time they were there. I am truly sorry it didn't work out. Had I known your expectations about the decorations and the collectibles from the very beginning I would've turned down the job and would've suggested another company that would've been able to work with you. The crew I sent to your house is one of my best crews and responsible for over 50% of my several 5 star reviews. I am real easy to get a hold of and very easy to communicate with. I'm not the one saying it, my reviews are. But somewhere along the line, you and I must've missed something. Again, I apologize for it not working out. I wish you the best of luck from here on.
