- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Payment is expected after service has been completed. Hourly rates are $80/hr onsite, $70/hr in shop, 1 hr minimum, half hour increments after the first hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you have a problem, call, text or contact me on Thumbtack! You can either bring your computer to me or I will come to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working with and building computers for over 20 years. Most of my experience and knowledge comes from practical use of computers. I am the Sr. Help Desk Administrator for a major oil and gas company here in Tulsa and have held that position for the past 12 years. I also have a degree in MIS. My focus is with PC's and the Windows Operating System.
