- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have set starting prices for standard cleanings based on square footage, and then add-ons, deep cleans, and move-outs/move-ins can be quoted on a per job basis. For payment, in addition to accepting the standard of cash or check at the time of service, we also accept payment via the Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle, so you can pay us directly from your bank account or credit card. Many of our clients have expressed how much they love the convenience of being able to pay us from their smartphones, so we are happy to offer these payment methods.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to talk with each new client and find out exactly what their needs and expectations are for a cleaning service. Every client is different, so we do different things at every house. Some only want a standard cleaning (dusting, floors, kitchens, and bathrooms), and some want extra services added on (laundry, dishes, etc.). So we find out what we can do for you and go from there!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have both cleaned houses for more than 20 years combined, first starting with our mothers who were housekeepers and then working for ourselves.
