- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Different projects require different estimates, the only price that will remain the same is that we have a 5% markup on materials that the project will require. We work to make sure the work both fits the customers need and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer service is the leading drive for our business. So making sure the customer is satisfied and confident in our work is one of our top priorities. At first we always evaluate any job that our customer has by inspecting and giving an estimate based on what we see. We are always hands on with our customers and are more than happy to explain any steps we take to ensure flawless communication.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are former US Marines with many hours of on the job training both mechanically and critical thinking wise.
