Beyond The Walls Yoga

Introduction: I am highly trained Yoga Instructor and Yoga Alliance certified ERYT 500 and YACEP. I have been teaching for 8 years and have had students of all types from raw beginners to very advanced practitioners, ailments, injuries, limitations, to athletes, body builders, and more! My extensive knowledge was through two trainings with Yogaworks in SF as well as ongoing trainings with many senior teachers. For me, teaching yoga, is life. I am a teacher/ student, witness, and guide. Every student I get the pleasure to teach, I grow and expand in my own life. Teaching allows me to create a connection with breath, with love, and with unity. I am lucky to share this, lucky to teach, lucky to spread the knowledge of the many teachers before me.
