- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is extremely competitive and generally in between the range of $45 (standard) to $85 (same day rush service) with $60 (rush service) being the average cost with 2 attempts; and adjustments for mileage costs are for a flat rate instead of per mile and reimbursement for tolls. If the person I am serving needs to be located, I will charge an extra hourly or flat fee for "skip trace" services to be agreed upon with the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to get together with a client, receive the documents to serve and then create a report form that provides me with the subject contact's work and home addresses , and if possible a vehicle description. I correspond with the client in stages; giving them an opportunity to track the progress of the service
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Solano County Certified Process Server with two years of experience serving documents for a large company in Beaverton, Oregon. I have also performed residential and commercial inspections for 3 years.
