- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have 3 home cleaning services that we offer. Castle, Castle Plus, and Castle Max. These services are not hourly but they are timed based on services added to each cleaning. We use a customized checklist during the initial walkthrough. On Thumbtack, hourly estimates can be quoted to clients as we do not have control over this quote system.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A home keeper will show up your home on time and will inspect the home. They will walk around and look for any specifics that you would like done while making sure nothing is damaged or broken. One all the questions have been answered we go straight to the cleaning. Once the home keeper is done, we encourage the client to do a walk through and to not be afraid of letting the home keeper know if it's not up to standard. Once everything looks good and we are ready to go, our goal would be for the customer to book again in the near future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our homekeepers have at least 5+ years of cleaning residential and rental properties. Some have 5+ years of hotel style cleaning and organizing experience.
