- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing to list your home is 3%. You get to choose what you wish to pay on a potential buyer's agent side (2.25% Minimum is recommended).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on your preference, we can begin with a phone interview or meet up to discuss your real estate needs. If the goal is to sell a home then I will prepare a market analysis to discuss comparable sales and possible listing price options. If purchasing a home is also an option then I will set up your automated MLS property search to send all available properties as they hit the market.

Graduate Oregon State University w/ BA in Business Management and Speech Communications. Over 20 years of professional building experience in new home construction. Provided warranty and call back customer service work for homebuilders. Residential Permit Specialist with local volume home builders.
