- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge the industry standard of 5% if listing (splitting the standard 2.25% with the buyers agent) for a full service of marketing, Comparable Market Analysis, Open house events and getting my clients top dollar for their home. If representing a buyer I get paid by the seller of the home. I do have an option to list for 1% for anyone who just wants NMLS access for exposure only for those looking to save on cost but no service required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Go through a wants and needs list and to ensure they are pre-approved if financing is needed. And give them a great run down on what to expect and the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
12 years in Mortgage Finance and I do about 4 transactions a month all referral based. Licensed in both Oregon and Washington.
