- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $60.00 an hour for any job. I can do a bid for you or time and materials project. If it's something simple that takes less ten an hour you will be charged a service fee, $80.00, and for material.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Having phone conversation initially, than meeting in person. Listening to their wants and needs and determining what can be done at the most reasonable cost to them. Writing a bid describing scope of work, making changes as necessary, signing contract and starting project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trained by 2 carpenters, one in framing one in finish carpentry. Worked 4 years for these guys before I went out on my own.
