FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices factor into account Thumbtack booking fees (we vendors pay for your time), travel, as well as maintenance and insurance for my gear. Potential costs like music and footage licensing are also taken into account. I am fully transparent with my pricing and will do my best to work within your budget. To help this process, please ensure that you have seriously thought about your project needs and overall spending budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I first get in contact with you, I will spend time getting to know you and your particular needs. Depending upon your preferences, we can map details out via phone, email, or in person. After we determine the details of your project, I will send you a tailored quote and a timeline for the video creation process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.A. in Digital Technology and Culture from Washington State University Vancouver (WSUV) where I specialized in video production and photography. During this period of time, I landed an internship (out of 10,000+ applicants) as a Video Editor at Sony Playstation in San Diego, California and learned from professionals in the industry. As a freelancer, I have 3+ years of experience developing video content for clients in the nearby area.
