- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer sessions in increments of 3 or 5 hours, as well as virtual coaching on projects and packages at discounted rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we conduct a short needs assessment over the phone. This is where we gather information such as, "What services do you need?" "What are your goals?", "How soon would you like this done?" "What is your current situation?" "What are you currently unhappy with?" We also ask about preferences in regards to supplies. After we set up an appointment over the phone, we like to call a day or two ahead of time to confirm. We make sure we have the correct information and see if there have been any changes since the scheduling of the appointment. We arrive on time or a few minutes early. Typically, our clients are home while services are performed. We like to follow up with a card, phone call, or email to ensure our clients are happy and to let them know we appreciate the opportunity to work with them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bonnie has a Masters of Science in Clinical Psychology. Organizing, creating systems requires understanding behavior and the person (or family) and what works for them.
