Matthew was very knowledgeable and explained various options to me very clearly. AC motor vs DC motor, battery backup options, WiFi access and more. Prices were competitive and I found that he finished the installation professionally. He connected the keypad, my iPhone, two remotes and home links on my two cars. Backed by 2 year labor warranty. Excellent job.Sep 22, 2018Verified
I told him exactly what I needed, he gave me a price of $55 plus parts, he did the job for a total of $70, and did not try to sell me a tune-up or anything else. Good company and I would recommend him to anyone!!Sep 19, 2018Verified
Matthew was great..responded within 2 hours after my request and was professional and very knowledgeable! Took time explaining and showing me the problem.. I'd highly recommend his services !!Sep 13, 2018Verified
Never received promised quotes- will have to restart my search. Updated comment- after working out a time, service and expertise were both excellent. A very good value.Sep 8, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? All of our quotes include a 5% cash discount that is removed when paying with a card.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?My dad has been taking me to work with him since I was 3 years old and I've been involved in the Garage Door industry ever since.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take? The other day I had a customer with 5 of the ten rollers from his door on the ground. The door was totally jammed in the opening. This door was less then five years old and the installation company had come out and decided that they needed a new door. I took 30 minutes to get it operating, straighten out the tracks, tighten down and install loose and missing bolts, and service the door for $85. The look of wonder and amazement when the customer came out and saw the door made me feel proud of the work I do. They said it had never been so smooth and quiet.
