All finished jobs will include a $50.00 Arrival and setup fee. Carpet: $40.00 per room or stairway ( nearby halls and closets are free ) Upholstered sofa: $10.00 per linear foot Loose Cushions: $5.00 each Tile & Grout: $1.00 per square foot to clean and seal
