FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with "Hello", and although I make every effort to answer every call, I'm sometimes driving or otherwise disposed, but if I do miss you, please leave a vm, or a text message is even better and I'll get back to you ASAP!! It's best to meet in person, and go over exactly what you're looking for, and discuss the why!! The "why" makes a lot more difference than most people realize, and better helps me to share useful information. Lastly, if you're new to the area, I also like to give "windshield tours", and show you the "Good, the Bad, and the Ugly", as part of an "Area Orientation" exercise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to attending Alpha College of Real Estate, I've completed all required classes for licensure as a Real Estate Broker, such as; R.E. Law, Brokerage, Finance & Appraisal. Lastly, 16+ years of "On the Job Training" as well as 800+ transactions in Residential & Commercial property sales.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in the Real Estate business after buying and over paying for my first home..., and when it came time to sell, in an attempt to avoid similar pitfalls, decided to sell it myself..., but after learning all I needed to know, decided to get my license, and after retiring from the Navy, I've been full time ever since.
