- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Catered services vary based on what is requested. Meals on the go are priced according to the portion size and meat selection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For catered events I conduct a free consultation to obtain the customers needs and discuss the budget. Following the presentation I put together a proposal highlighting the menu, pricing and what is included in the total cost. For meals on the go a weekly menu is provided offering two options which highlights the price, date to place order and date of pick up/delivery.
