- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we charge by the square foot for carpet and tile cleaning, and by the linear foot for upholstery cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our initial contact, by internet or phone involves an offer for a free in-house estimate, or ballpark estimate based on customers description of cleaning to be performed. If a free estimate is not performed, a service technician will measure the areas to be cleaned and present the customer with their cleaning options. After the customer accepts technicians quote, cleaning will begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We utilize a 5-Star training program for all owners and service technicians, this self-paced training program covers every aspect of our services from customer relations, to safety and all types of cleaning offered. Field training allows technicians to put their training into practice under the supervision of a fully trained, 5-Star technician.
